Project: Njala

Njala is a remote village of 800 people, located across the Moa river in the east of Barri Chiefdom. Alive & Well has drilled two wells at different locations in the village, and supplied and fitted India Mk 2 hand pumps.

Update 2015: The two wells are working satisfactorily, but funding is needed to provide a third well, to ensure sufficient water for the whole village all year round.
